Identikit and Ocean Melody used the course proper and were paired over 1000m in 1.7.3, with the final 800m taking 52.9, the last 600 in 37.9.
Identikit resumed over 1500m at Trentham last month, finishing fourth. She looks a big improver for the open 2200m at Waverley on Saturday.
The Ocean Park mare won her maiden race over 2200m at Waverley in the spring of 2024.
Saturday’s race rival Donnybrook had stablemate East End Lad (r65 1200m) for a partner over 800m in 52.3, the last 600 in 36.8.

Sevenayes (open 1400m) and stablemate Kosta (r75 1650m) went together over 800m in 54.6, the last in 38.4, and both horses are good chances at Waverley.
Coney Island and Starpello, neither of whom is racing this weekend, were paired over 1000m in 1.6.8, the last 600 in 38.6, while their stablemates Love Janie (open 1400m) and Knickerless (r65 1650m) took 1.8.7 and 39.1.
Manzor Blue and Platinum La Danse were sent 1000m in 1.9.6, the last 600 in 39.2, while Al Passo and Saturday’s acceptor Popinjay (mdn 1650m) did 800m in 54.8 and 39.1.
Offertory (mdn 1650m) and Danjuro matched strides over 800m in 56.4, the last 600 in 40.5, and Our Giulia (r65 1650m) went alone in 57.3 and 41.4.
Her race rival Can Do had an Anders filly alongside over 800m in 59.1, the last 600 in 41.3. Top filly War Princess ended with 42.1, and stablemate Subtle Image posted 42.7. Wonderboy was kept to 43.6.
On the plough, Our Sniper went 800m in 56.9, the last 600 in 39.6.
