RACE Member Reciprocal Rights & Privileges

As a member of one of the following RACE thoroughbred racing clubs, you enjoy exclusive access to reciprocal benefits at leading racing venues across New Zealand, Australia, and Asia:

  • Wellington Racing Club

  • Manawatu Racing Club

  • Marton Jockey Club

  • Feilding Jockey Club

  • Rangitikei Racing Club

  • Ashhurst-Pohangina Racing Club

How to Access Reciprocal Privileges

To use your member benefits at other clubs:

  • Present your RACE Membership Card

  • Or request a Letter of Introduction from RACE

  • Gate admission charges (if applicable) must be paid

  • Members without season guest privileges may be limited to one Members’ ticket at reciprocal clubs

These privileges apply to Premier, Full, and Young Members only.

New Zealand Reciprocal Clubs

Auckland Thoroughbred Racing

  • Access to Ellerslie and Pukekohe Park

  • Excludes six premier racedays

Waikato Thoroughbred Racing

  • Complimentary access to the Kentucky (Members) Lounge

  • Gate charges apply

Hawke’s Bay Racing Inc

  • Up to two Members’ tickets per meeting

  • Show your RACE Membership Card

Canterbury Jockey Club

  • Up to two Members’ tickets per meeting

  • Present your card or a Letter of Introduction at the Raceday Office

Australian Turf Club (NSW)

  • Tier one reciprocal privileges

  • Full details available directly through the club

Victoria Racing Club (Flemington)

  • All days except Melbourne Cup Carnival:

    • Two discounted Members’ Enclosure tickets

    • Two full-priced guest tickets

    • Book via Ticketmaster with a Letter of Introduction

  • Melbourne Cup Carnival:

    • Submit a Letter of Introduction to access Members’ Enclosure ticketing

Melbourne Racing Club (Caulfield & Sandown)

  • One complimentary Members’ ticket per day (including Caulfield Cup Day)

  • Option to purchase one guest pass

Moonee Valley Racing Club (Melbourne)

  • Purchase up to two Members’ tickets per day (including Cox Plate Day)

  • Complimentary tickets may be available on non-major days

  • Contact RACE for details before travel

Brisbane Racing Club (Eagle Farm & Doomben)

  • One complimentary Members’ ticket on all racedays

  • Must present photo ID and Membership Card or Letter of Introduction

  • Gate charges still apply

  • Brisbane Racing Carnival (May–June):

    • RACE Members may apply in advance to purchase reciprocal and guest tickets

Cairns Jockey Club

  • Member privileges apply with paid gate entry

  • Excludes:

    • Cairns Cup (August)

    • Cairns Amateurs (September)

    • Melbourne Cup Day (November)

Gold Coast Turf Club

  • Two complimentary Members’ tickets on non-feature and semi-feature days

  • On major racedays, Members may purchase up to two tickets

Werribee Racing Club

  • Complimentary entry to all racedays

  • Access to the Members’ Dining Room (excluding Cup Day and Christmas Day)

West Australian Turf Club (Ascot & Belmont Park)

  • One complimentary Members’ ticket

  • Option to purchase one guest ticket

International Reciprocal Club

Hong Kong Jockey Club (Happy Valley & Sha Tin)

  • One complimentary Members’ ticket

  • Option to purchase one guest pass

  • Includes major meetings such as the HKJC International Race Meeting
